Welcome to the 17th Annual Covington Y Cheerios Challenge, a highly anticipated event happening on April 21, 2018! Join us for a day filled with fun and fitness, as we host a variety of races including a 15k, 10k, 5k, 1 mile fun run, and a 50yd Trix Tot Trot. Not only will you enjoy a great run, but your participation in this event will also contribute to a worthy cause. The Covington Y Cheerios Challenge is a fundraiser for the YMCA's Why It Matters Annual Campaign.

This campaign plays a crucial role in making Y programming possible for all members of our community. Registration for the 1 mile, 5k, and 10k races includes a t-shirt, and participants in the Trix Tot Trot will receive participation medals. We also have exciting awards for age group and overall winners in the 1 mile, 5k, and 10k races.

After the race, don't miss out on the post-race festival featuring live music, free food, local vendors, and fun activities for kids. Keep an eye out for special appearances by the Trix Rabbit and Cheerios Honey Bee. By taking part in the Covington Y Cheerios Challenge, you'll help ensure that every child can participate in Y programs like youth sports, swim lessons, and summer day camp.
