## Description

Y Coaching Academy is a coaching education and services organisation that builds a community of impact-driven coaches. Its work centres on using coaching conversations to catalyse breakthroughs and transformation in individuals, coaches and organisations. The academy offers an ICF Level 1 Impact Coach Certification for aspiring coaches, alongside learning programmes such as Introduction to Impact Coaching, Impact Coaching Skills and Mastery of Impact Coaching. It also provides mentor coaching for ACC renewal. Beyond training, the academy connects individuals with coaches and offers impact coaching for people seeking personal development. For organisations in the impact sector, it provides coaching services intended to support growth and transformation. Its community includes graduates and collaborators, and the academy highlights individual breakthroughs, coach graduates, partner organisations and coach scholars as measures of its reach. Through stories from its Impact Coaches and educational resources explaining coaching and mentoring, Y Coaching Academy helps people understand the practice and explore its benefits.
