Youth Development, Inc. (YDI) is a nationally recognized youth and family service organization based in New Mexico. Established in 1971, YDI has been dedicated to combating poverty and its various impacts for almost 50 years.

They offer a range of programs and services aimed at supporting families and improving the lives of young people. Services include early childhood education and child care, prenatal care, alternative education, job training and placement, mental and behavioral health services, homeless assistance, mentoring, family development, and family counseling. YDI strives to create an inclusive and accepting environment, providing diverse solutions that have proven results.

In a state that faces many social challenges, such as hunger, child well-being, and education, YDI is at the forefront of addressing these issues. They have made significant efforts to improve New Mexico's graduation rate, with 170 students graduating with their high school equivalency diplomas in 2016, in addition to the 940 diplomas earned by YDI students since 2004.
