## Description

Yello Belly Drag Strip, established in 1955, is the oldest street outlaws track in the United States, located in Grand Prairie, Texas, just outside Dallas. With a rich history that began in the sandy river bottoms of the Trinity River, the drag strip was founded by passionate car enthusiasts and backed by O.L. Nelms, an eccentric millionaire. Today, it continues to thrive as a family-run business, operating year-round, four days a week, and attracting racing fans of all ages.

The drag strip champions the motto "Run What Ya Brung," inviting participation from all types of vehicles, including classic coupes, sport compacts, motorcycles, and nostalgia dragsters. Yello Belly Drag Strip hosts a variety of events, providing thrilling experiences for both racers and spectators, while offering a range of merchandise such as apparel and accessories. Catering to a sense of community, it has become a cherished institution, where families share their love for racing across generations.
