鹽夏不夜埕 | Kaohsiung is a brand that aims to revitalize the historic Yancheng District in Kaohsiung. Founded as part of the National Sun Yat-sen University's social responsibility initiative, the brand's goal is to transform the old streets and business districts of Yancheng into a vibrant creative district. By incorporating the innovative ideas and creativity of university students, as well as collaborating with the local community, they strive to reinvent the local brand image and attract a younger generation. One of their notable activities is the annual Street Night Creative Exhibition, held in late May to early June. Led by Professor Charles Sung from National Sun Yat-sen University and advisor Wen-Ting Liu, the exhibition showcases the local culture and heritage of Yancheng through performing arts, installation art, and market events, injecting new energy and creativity into the district. In collaboration with various partners and sponsors, including MZONE Creative District and August First Cultural Co., Ltd.,鹽夏不夜埕 aims to redefine Yancheng as a creative hub, inviting visitors to experience the richness of the district's cultural heritage in innovative and exciting ways.
