## Description

Yepi Africa is a transformative initiative founded in 2014, focused on empowering youth and women in Mombasa, Kenya. Recognizing the staggering youth unemployment rate of 50%, nearly double the national average, Yepi Africa aims to harness the potential of over 1.1 million energetic and creative young individuals. The organization addresses the critical shortage of job opportunities and entrepreneurship support by providing programs that develop essential skills in areas such as Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Leadership Development, and Environmental Conservation.

With a mission to create sustainable economic opportunities, Yepi Africa has fostered a community-focused approach to mentorship and partnerships. Their initiatives aim to finance and scale promising business models that contribute to inclusive economic growth. The impact of Yepi Africa is reflected in its achievements, which include numerous empowered youth, completed training sessions, and job creation within the community. By engaging in these programs, Yepi Africa continues to inspire change while building a brighter future for the youth and women of Mombasa.
