## Description

Yes, Coach! is a national campaign launched by the U.S. Soccer Foundation and Stand Together Foundation to prepare coaches to become supportive mentors for young people. Its goal is to train 100,000 Coach-Mentors by 2030. The initiative is built around the belief that one coach can change a life and that sports can help young people feel supported on and off the field. Its free online Coach-Mentor Blueprint training provides practical, evidence-based coaching practices for building positive relationships and creating supportive team environments. Further learning expands on these foundations with strategies for self-awareness, empathy, and life skills, as well as ways to address challenging behavior, navigate conflict, and turn difficult moments into opportunities for connection and growth. Participants can complete the training and receive a certificate. Yes, Coach! also shares stories from athletes and coaches illustrating the lasting influence of supportive mentors. The campaign invites coaches to get started, continue training, and access free resources and updates.
