## Description

Your Freedom to Choose (YFTC) is a Geelong, Victoria-based disability organisation dedicated to helping people with disabilities build skills, pursue their goals and live independently. The organisation provides support to participants using NDIS plans or self-managed funding, with services designed to address everyday needs, wellbeing and personal development. Its offerings include support workers who assist with daily living tasks, social workers, creative arts therapy, in-home chef services and meal delivery. YFTC also runs online workshops, courses and programs, including free and low-cost learning opportunities intended to be both informative and engaging. Its courses are available Australia-wide, while its broader support services are based in and around Geelong. By combining practical assistance with skill-building, education and mental health and wellness therapies, YFTC aims to give participants greater choice in shaping their lives. The organisation also shares news and events and invites people to get in touch by phone or text to learn more about its services.
