Their YIC Program, available in Santa Clarita and Inglewood, pairs students with disabilities with general education peer mentors. Through this program, students build peer relationships and develop social, communication, and transitional skills while fostering an appreciation for music, art, and diversity. Additionally, YIC provides a paid Internship Program, offering industry-specific training and employment opportunities within the entertainment industry.

This program aims to help individuals with disabilities identify potential career paths, gain real-world experience, and secure meaningful careers earning livable wages. YIC also hosts the Summer Meltdown Festival, a music event that brings neurodiverse students and typical students together for a social event.
