## Description

Yi Design is a circular-materials brand transforming ceramic waste into premium building products for architects, designers and people creating interior and exterior spaces. Rather than treating discarded ceramics as rubbish, the company collects and reuses them to make bricks and tiles, helping move ceramic production from a linear model toward a more circular one.

Its product range includes YiClay, YiBrick Handmade, YiBrick Permeable and YiTile, with recycled content ranging from 50% to 100% across the products shown. The materials are designed to be durable and practical, with features including fire resistance and, for selected products, permeability. Yi Design also offers sample requests and shares its work through projects, sustainability initiatives and research and development in its lab.

The company works with suppliers, factories and sustainability organizations to improve recycling and production practices, and advises clients on using greener materials and reducing environmental impact. Its products undergo testing for qualities such as strength, porosity, health considerations and circularity.
