## Description

Yin Yang Club is a Paris-based school offering instruction in tai chi chuan and qi gong, with classes in the 9th and 18th arrondissements. Established in the 9th arrondissement for 30 years, the club provides weekly tai chi sessions for different experience levels: Monday classes are geared toward advanced students, Wednesday classes toward beginners, and Saturday sessions welcome all levels. The school focuses on the Yang family’s “snake style,” teaching techniques that combine energetic, martial, and philosophical aspects of tai chi chuan. Its approach emphasizes gentleness and the integrated practice of these traditions.

Instructor Philippe Gaillard has taught since 1994 and has held a professional qualification in internal Chinese martial arts since 1999. The club also offers private tai chi and qi gong lessons, alongside its group classes. A trial class costs €10, which is deducted from the membership fee if a student enrolls. The website provides practical details on schedules, locations, fees, and contact options, including email and telephone. Enrollment information is available directly from the club.
