# YIPS Golf - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `yips-golf.com` ## Description Dr. Bernd Gerland’s Yips-Free Sports provides coaching and information for golfers and athletes experiencing yips, movement disorders, or recurring performance problems. A PGA Professional, Gerland draws on years of practical coaching and a research project supported by Germany’s Federal Institute of Sport Science to explain how perception and sensory input can influence coordination, timing, and confidence. The website covers yips in golf—including putting, chipping, and driving—as well as challenges in tennis, darts, football, music, and learning. Services include individual appointments and neuro-centered training programs offered on request. Coaching focuses on helping clients develop more effective movement patterns through tailored exercises, sensory training, and practical experimentation. For golfers, guidance may address putting routines, swing triggers, grip adjustments, and movement sequencing. The broader approach aims to help athletes rebuild a reliable feel for movement and replace ineffective habits over time, rather than relying on simple instructions to relax or move smoothly. Gerland also shares articles and educational resources on the causes of yips, training principles, conscious learning, and strategies for improving performance. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Golf _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/YIPS-Golf-1958364380845260) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idXFrYYQ3r/w/258/h/71/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793101108139) - icon _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idXFrYYQ3r/w/180/h/180/theme/dark/icon.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793101108326) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Pine Glade | #c2d38d | accent | | Shark | #1b1d1f | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Poppins — asset _(google)_ - Poppins — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
