The brand operates a production house, recording studio, digital learning center, and cultural archive, all managed according to Yolŋu law and governance.

The Mulka Project is committed to employing and training Yolŋu individuals of all ages, providing a unique media training ground for future indigenous leaders. They produce and repatriate audio-visual cultural resources, disseminating them throughout the Yolŋu community. With a focus on preserving Yolŋu knowledge, ceremony, and cultural history, The Mulka Project acts as the eyes and ears of future generations by documenting and sharing the traditions and stories of the past.
