## Description

YoCo Projects is a purpose-driven support services organisation that helps young people aged 9 to 20 build confidence, independence and meaningful connections. It supports young people, including NDIS participants, through personalised services, social experiences and practical programs designed around their goals and needs.

Its offerings include individual support, social activities through the YoCo Social Club, and workshops. These services give young people opportunities to participate, connect with their communities and develop skills for everyday life. YoCo’s approach is strength-based, building on each person’s abilities while providing proactive support tailored to individual circumstances. The organisation also focuses on lifelong skills, helping young people grow their confidence and independence over time.

Community connection is central to YoCo’s work. By creating opportunities for participation and belonging, it aims to help young people feel valued, understood and equipped to pursue their potential. YoCo Projects invites young people and their families to get in touch to explore suitable support, activities and programs.
