## Description

KiYo is a children’s yoga project founded by Riccarda Ley, combining movement, creativity and relaxation in activities designed for children. Its approach brings yoga and mindfulness to young participants through playful exercises, meditative imagination journeys and creative craft sessions. These activities are intended to encourage awareness and a sense of community while making movement enjoyable.

KiYo sessions are organized around child-friendly themes and adapted to participants’ ages and experience levels, with offerings for children aged 2 to 10. The project welcomes every child and aims to make yoga and relaxation accessible on a level that feels engaging and appropriate for them. KiYo’s website provides information about courses and other offerings, alongside a shop and a blog.

Founder Riccarda draws on more than ten years of experience as an editor for creative children’s magazines, as well as her interests in yoga, meditation and working with children. KiYo reflects these experiences in a warm, imaginative environment where children can move, create and unwind together. બાળકો.
