## Description

YORUBA CANARIAS is a cultural association that promotes education, culture, and unity among the followers of the Yoruba-Santería religion, respecting the roles of each individual. Established in July 2009, the association aims to establish unity both in the Canary Islands and around the world, while educating and combating intrusion with humility and vigilance. The founders of A.C.Y.C recognized the importance of advocating for the well-being of its followers and defending their interests within the practice and philosophy of Yoruba-Santería. The association emphasizes the need to understand the reasons and motivations that lead individuals to this faith, allowing them to detach from vices that may taint their practice. YORUBA CANARIAS believes that favorable results and the protection of an individual's spiritual guardian can only come from conscious and knowledgeable practitioners. By promoting customs, respect, and adoration, the association counteracts fanaticism and superstition, emphasizing that YORUBA CANARIAS is a way of life and a respectful cult that connects individuals to their ancestral traditions.
