Youth Outreach Services (YOS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping at-risk youth in Chicago reach their full potential. With over 60 years of experience, YOS has been providing community-based support to teens facing challenges at home, in school, and in their communities. Our mission is to inspire positive development and empower youth and their families to face these challenges with confidence. YOS offers comprehensive services in four main areas: Counseling, Prevention, Child Welfare, and Juvenile Justice. We provide critical support to over 4,000 clients and their families each year, addressing issues such as substance abuse, violence, mental health, family conflict, and homelessness. Our goal is to create opportunities for growth and resilience by meeting clients where they are, whether that's within their schools, homes, or our offices. Through our programs, we aim to instill healthy choices and discover the strengths of our youth, enabling them to thrive for a lifetime.
