Their mission is to raise awareness among youth about important societal challenges and support them in their engagement. Additionally, YOUCA facilitates impactful encounters in the cultural, business, and public spheres.

For young people, they provide opportunities to participate in the YOUCA Action Day, equipping them with skills and knowledge to make a difference. They also offer resources for teachers, including FAQs and downloads, to help them engage their students in the Action Day.

For employers, YOUCA offers the chance to engage with young talent through the Action Day, providing them with a unique opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause. In addition to their programs, YOUCA runs projects that aim to create positive change, with a current focus on Senegal.
