## Description

U First Health is a concierge-style health and surgical practice based in Fort Myers, Florida, founded by board-certified surgeon Robert E. Tomas, D.O., FACOS. The practice focuses on patient education, personalized care, and health and wellness services in a relaxed setting, with an in-house surgical suite and MedSpa.

Its signature services are no-mesh hernia repairs. For inguinal hernias, the center uses the Desarda technique, which relies on muscle tissue and absorbable sutures. For umbilical, ventral, and incisional hernias, it offers the patented Tomas Technique, a triple-layered repair using non-absorbable sutures without mesh. The practice also provides general surgery, including soft tissue mass removal, and offers consultations and patient resources to help people understand their care.

U First Health’s cosmetic services include SmartLipo liposuction and abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck procedures. Its team includes nurses, surgical assistants, surgical technicians, and medical aestheticians. The center presents its services as a partnership with patients, aiming to support their health, wellness, and confidence.
