## Description

You-Group Victoria is a training and community-focused organisation based in Frankston, Victoria. It creates, designs and delivers programs intended to support personal wellbeing, learning and meaningful social connection. The organisation emphasises ethical service, transparent enrolment, and respectful, client-centred care, helping people find programs suited to their needs.

Its offerings include drink and drug driving programs that explore the reasons behind offending, substance use and ways to reduce the risk of reoffending, with referral support for people concerned about substance use. Social connection and inclusion activities encourage creativity, confidence, wellbeing and participation. You-Group also provides Mental Health First Aid training, teaching members of the public how to offer initial support until professional help is available or a crisis passes. Additional supports and workshops cover skill-building and personal development.

Programs are facilitated in a supportive environment, with options that include online delivery. You-Group Victoria serves individuals and groups seeking practical education, behaviour change support and opportunities to connect. Its stated approach welcomes people of all backgrounds, genders, sexualities, cultures, bodies and abilities.
