## Description

The Young Foundation is a not-for-profit research organization dedicated to driving social change and creating a fairer future. With a history dating back to 1954, our founder, Michael Young, laid down the roots of our organization. We work collaboratively with communities, organizations, and policymakers, supporting locally-led action and building knowledge around the issues that matter most to people. Our approach involves understanding, involving, and innovating to drive positive change, and we have a proud track record of creating and supporting social innovations that have made a real difference in people's lives. As the UK's home for community research and social innovation, we bring together diverse sectors to shape game-changing initiatives. Through our reports, research, and innovative projects, we aim to tackle societal issues and improve lives. Our work encompasses research, design interventions, training, and supporting innovation. We believe in doing things with people, rather than doing things to them, and this ethos of collaboration is central to our mission. Join us in shaping a fairer future and creating stronger communities through collective action. Together, we can drive meaningful social change.
