The Guild of Young Freemen welcomes young people living and working in or near the City of London who are eager to engage with the City's traditions and the Livery movement. While many members go on to join a Livery Company, it is not a requirement. Joining the Guild provides an opportunity to deepen knowledge of the City's institutions and expand one's social network through a vibrant events program.

Members gain fellowship and become part of a strong community of leaders within and beyond London. To be eligible for membership, individuals must be a Freeman of the City of London or an Apprentice to a Freeman, aged 18 to 40, and be proposed and seconded by two Guild members. Membership benefits include access to a diverse network of young professionals, opportunities to support charitable causes, participation in civic life, and a chance to learn about City history through living it.
