## Description

Young Lions Dojo is a karate school in Colorado Springs, Colorado, offering Kyokushin Karate classes for children and adults. The dojo teaches a combat style founded by Sosai Masutatsu Oyama and grounded in three practices: Kihon (basics), Kata (forms), and Kumite (sparring). It is affiliated with Kyokushin-Kan International and operates at Iron Forged Martial Arts School on Barnes Road.

Classes are scheduled on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with separate sessions for kids and adults. New students can try the dojo with a two-week free introductory offer. Monthly fees are $85 for children and $110 for adults; initial registration is $185. The monthly fee covers classes and open mat.

Young Lions Dojo is owned and led by Sensei Bernard Adeline, a Kyokushin-Kan fourth-dan black belt and branch chief. His experience includes teaching at Iron Forged Martial Arts School, Young Champions of America, and the International School of Seychelles, as well as instructing Seychelles Kyokushin Karate.
