Saprea, formerly known as The Younique Foundation and Defend Innocence, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing and healing from sexual abuse. They offer a wide range of resources and services to empower survivors and educate parents and caregivers on how to reduce the risk of child sexual abuse. For survivors, Saprea provides healing retreats, support groups, online resources, and webinars.

These services teach healthy coping strategies, promote post-traumatic growth, and improve the overall quality of life for survivors. In terms of prevention, Saprea offers community education classes and online resources to help parents and caregivers proactively apply research-based practices to protect their children. They believe that by taking an active role in a child's life and having open conversations about boundaries, consent, and communication, it's possible to reduce the risk of child sexual abuse.
