The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA) is a prominent union representing nearly 50,000 Flight Attendants across 17 airlines in the U.S. For over 75 years, AFA has championed the Flight Attendant profession, advocating tirelessly for equitable wages, enhanced working conditions, and improved aviation safety standards.
