# Your Choice Your Future - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `yourchoiceyourfuture.net` ## Description Your Choice Your Future (YCYF) is a support service based in Much Wenlock, Shropshire, serving communities across Shropshire and the West Midlands. Its aim is to promote independence for people of all abilities who need assistance with everyday life. The organisation supports children, young adults, adults and older people, including individuals who require one-to-one or two-to-one support. Its trained staff also work with people whose behaviour can be challenging. YCYF offers practical help with returning to work, building financial independence, setting up bill payments and developing other life skills. Support at home can include household chores, garden tidying and weekly shopping. For people seeking greater social participation, the service can help them attend community groups, arrange travel training and work towards a healthier lifestyle. YCYF also collaborates with agencies, community centres and governing bodies, complementing existing programmes or helping bridge service gaps. Managing Director Chantelle Pountney brings more than ten years of experience in the care industry. YCYF can be contacted by phone or email to discuss support needs. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/YCYF12) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/yourchoiceyourfutureltd) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idRoegVNYc/w/400/h/109/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793339218864) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idRoegVNYc/w/360/h/360/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793339219049) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Peppermint | #dff0d8 | accent | | Mine Shaft | #323232 | dark | | Conifer | #9bcd50 | light | ## Fonts - Montserrat — asset _(google)_ - Arimo — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
