Sarah Hankey, the Founder and Executive Director, leverages her experience in integrative health and education to drive SparkPoint's mission forward. Co-founder and Program Manager, Charlotte Shackleford, brings over 20 years of experience as an educator and is dedicated to promoting wellness in all areas of life.

The Board of Directors is comprised of individuals who are actively involved in the community. Dr. Ora Wells, a retired Pediatrician, continues to pursue his passion for wellness, while Jeff Bannister, the Vice President, brings extensive experience in community building and leadership.

Saundra Lemaster, the Board Treasurer, has a deep compassion for underserved communities, and Mayor Maureen Copelof, a retired US Navy Captain, supports the community's built environment and well-being.
