Your Way Home

Your Way Home is a brand dedicated to providing affordable housing and building thriving communities in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Our mission is to ensure that everyone who lives, works, learns, and invests in the county has an equal opportunity to live in an affordable home. We offer a range of programs and services to achieve this goal.

For individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, we offer a Call Center and Coordinated Entry system to provide immediate assistance. We also provide Rapid Rehousing programs to help individuals secure stable housing quickly. In addition, Your Way Home offers the Montgomery County First Time Homebuyers Program to assist eligible individuals in purchasing their first home.

We also collaborate with partner organizations and advocate for policies that support affordable housing. Our commitment to equity is reflected in our work. We actively address issues related to race and homelessness through reports and data analysis, such as the SPARC Team's National Scan.
