Youth Health Services (YHS) is dedicated to meeting the needs of children and families in North-Central West Virginia. With three divisions under one umbrella, YHS offers a range of products and services to support families. For parents looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, YHS provides the Home Ties Child Development Center.

This center is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and offers opportunities for early learning. YHS also offers Behavioral Health Services, recognizing that children and young people need caring and supportive environments to thrive. Their services aim to turn problems into opportunities for growth rather than insurmountable obstacles.

Additionally, YHS operates the Home Ties Strengthening Families Resource Center, which is open to all families in the area. It serves as a warm and welcoming space for caregivers with children up to age 18 to access resources and support. With a dedicated staff and a centrally-located facility, YHS is committed to strengthening the community one family at a time.
