Youth 4 Jobs Foundation is an action organization dedicated to empowering youth with disabilities in India. Our ultimate goal is to eliminate poverty among these young individuals, with a particular focus on the most vulnerable, which includes women with disabilities. We work in collaboration with governments, markets, and civil society to break down physical and attitudinal barriers that hinder their progress.

Led by Meera Shenoy, who possesses extensive experience in senior government positions, World Bank, and UNDP, our foundation has been recognized with numerous national and international awards for our transformative work.
