Welcome to Youth Changemakers, a brand dedicated to empowering and inspiring young individuals to become social justice leaders. We offer a range of transformative programs designed to provide knowledge, skills, and a supportive community for youth to make a difference in our communities. Our flagship program, Critical Connections Summer (CCS), is a free 4-week leadership program that connects young people and equips them with the tools to address urgent issues such as climate change, mental illness, and more. Through CCS, participants learn to connect social and political issues to personal experiences, practice community organizing, develop leadership skills, and organize action-oriented projects. The program runs from July 5th to July 28th, with virtual sessions on Wednesdays to Thursdays and in-person sessions on Fridays. We welcome high school students from Santa Clara County, especially Asian and youth of color, to apply.
