Youth Community Service (YCS) has been serving the Mid-Peninsula community since 1990, providing opportunities for youth to engage in meaningful service. Our organization values youth voice, community connection, and equity & social justice, which shape everything we do. We believe in creating a better future for all by centering the voices of young people, building meaningful connections within the community, and striving for equity and justice.

Through our various programs, such as Summer of Service, Creative Hustle, and Service Awards, we empower Bay Area high school students to make a difference while having fun. At YCS, we offer a range of service opportunities in the community, from one-time events to long-term commitments. We also host community events and partner with other organizations to promote multi-generational engagement.
