Youth Futures Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit organization with a £90m endowment from the Reclaim Fund. Established in 2019, our mission is to improve employment outcomes for young people from marginalized backgrounds. We aim to narrow employment gaps by investing in evidence generation and innovation, and igniting a movement for change.

Our approach is guided by robust evidence of what works to support young people into good jobs. We work in partnership with organizations, policy makers, employers, practitioners, and young people to address systemic barriers and expand opportunities. Our diverse board and team reflect the young people we serve.
