Youth Impact, a brand under YMCA George Williams College, is committed to providing young people with access to high-quality spaces and opportunities to learn, grow, and explore their relationships with the world. As an independent registered charity within the YMCA Federation, Youth Impact has been dedicated to training and educating youth workers for over fifty years. They have recently expanded their scope to include practitioners working with children, young people, and families, drawing on the principles of relational practice.

With the merger of the Centre for Youth Impact in 2022, Youth Impact combines expertise and a rich history. They are the sole organization exclusively focused on evidence, quality, learning, and improvement in the youth sector. With an alumni network of over 8000 and a wealth of expertise in evidence, insight, data, learning, and training, Youth Impact provides transformative support to those working with young people.

Their offerings include training and coaching for youth sector practitioners, resources and information for individuals involved with young people's outcomes, and a platform for facilitating and leading change. Youth Impact encompasses four impact behaviors: being considered, challenging, collaborative, and compassionate. Additionally, the brand hosts three Centers of Expertise: The Centre for Youth Impact, The Centre for Quality Practice, and The Centre for Youth Voice.
