Youth INC is an accelerator for the best youth-development nonprofits in New York City. Our mission is to transform the lives of NYC youth by empowering the nonprofits that serve them. We help our partners build sustainable infrastructure and develop their programs to maximize impact.

With over 80 nonprofit partners, we reach over 250,000 young people, providing them access to opportunities to develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in life. From improving fundraising practices and building boards to funding crucial infrastructure elements, we support our nonprofit partners by implementing best practices from the corporate and nonprofit sectors. We take a holistic approach, applying the expertise from the corporate, academic, and nonprofit sectors to empower our partners with tools for sustainable growth.

Through various programs like the Prosperity Collective, Rise Academy for Leaders of Color, and Agile Strategy Planning Lab, we provide specialized resources, training, coaching, and networking opportunities to strengthen the leadership and impact of youth development organizations.
