## Description

Ypäjän Yllätys ry is a registered, nonprofit sports and recreation association based in Ypäjä, Finland. Open to everyone, it provides opportunities for local residents to take part in physical activities and community events. The association operates Pertunkaari, its own sports facility, which includes a gym, a ball sports hall, and a dance and mirror studio. It offers scheduled exercise sessions and volleyball activities, and rents its halls and selected equipment for events and other uses. Gym access is available through different passes, with reduced prices for members.

Ypäjän Yllätys also organizes Yllätys-Bingo, a popular Sunday evening bingo held at Pertunkaari, with prizes, refreshments, and a kiosk. The association welcomes new members and shares information about activities and schedules through its website and Facebook pages. Through its PEPA project, it is making improvements to Pertunkaari and renewing equipment, including gym gear and furnishings, with support from EU rural funding. The organization also offers its 80th-anniversary history book for sale.
