## Description

It was developed by the government following the establishment of a temporary garden waste recycling facility after the devastating Typhoon Mangkhut in 2018. It initially processes 30 tons of waste per day, increasing gradually to 60 tons. They do not accept infected or insect-infested plants, stumps, pure leaves and grass clippings, or garden waste with excessive impurities.
