Yumbun takes pride in conscious sourcing, with a focus on animal welfare and the planet. They use British vegetables, seasonal specials, and partner with Klimato to measure their carbon footprint. At least 50% of their menu is veggie or vegan, and they only source fish rated 1-3 by the Marine Stewardship Council.
