## Description

YuMich is a digital voucher and loyalty platform for cities, municipalities, and regions, designed to connect residents, local businesses, and employers through a shared regional payment and rewards ecosystem. Its mobile wallet supports several offerings, including City-Gutscheine redeemable at participating local businesses, merchant vouchers for gifting, and employer-funded benefits of up to €50 per month for employees. Residents can use their digital balance at participating retailers and service providers, including cafés and restaurants, hair and beauty businesses, boutiques, bookshops, bakeries, florists, and workshops.

For merchants, YuMich provides digital vouchers and loyalty solutions intended to help attract and retain customers, with redemptions and payouts visible in real time. Employers can distribute employee benefits through an automated service that includes a DATEV interface. The platform also features Impact Credits, which customers can earn through purchases and redeem at participating businesses or donate to regional social projects. YuMich’s GIVEback Day combines local events, prize-wheel rewards, and wallet credits. Overall, the platform aims to keep purchasing power circulating locally through convenient digital tools.
