Yutai is a technology company building a utility layer for tokenized equities. Its protocol brings together information about the same company’s shares when they are represented by different tokens across blockchains, wallets, brokers and exchanges. By verifying holdings and how long they have been held, Yutai creates a Holder Credential that can establish eligibility for shareholder benefits without revealing a holder’s identity to the issuer unless the holder chooses to share it.
