They believe in championing the skills and gifts that God has given to each individual and have a desire to see these gifts sharpened, edified, and released into Newry, Ireland, and beyond. YWAM Newry aims to bring restoration and renewal to the beautiful, yet battered, border town of Newry, and they aspire to be a place where people can gather, feel welcome, and connect with a larger community. They have plans to host various initiatives such as open mic nights, karaoke nights, after school art programs, and creative seminars.

Additionally, YWAM Newry is currently working on their major project called Fringe Coffee Co., which includes developing their own locally roasted coffee, establishing a community coffee shop, and funding sustainable living schemes globally.
