## Description

ZA-ZEN is a training and coaching organisation that brings martial arts, psychology and Zen together to support mental and physical development. Its programmes are designed for individuals and businesses, with an emphasis on self-awareness, resilience and applying learning in everyday and professional life.

Business training topics include managing aggression, assertiveness, leadership, burnout prevention and recovery, self-compassion, team building, social skills and tailored workplace programmes. ZA-ZEN also offers private lessons and instruction in martial arts including aiki-jutsu, ju-jutsu, ken-jutsu and Go Tai-Jutsu, as well as a course for aspiring black belts.

For people seeking personal development, the organisation runs retreats in Crete, including a six-day Zen Business Warrior Retreat and a five-day self-compassion and Zen mountain retreat. Training combines theory with practical exercises and is adapted to participants’ needs. ZA-ZEN’s website also shares articles and updates on leadership, Zen, martial arts and personal growth.
