## Description

Zazen Copenhagen is a personal development practice founded by Zandra, focused on supporting people through life’s transitions, particularly menopause and early menopause. Its mission is to create safe, grounded spaces for honest conversation and greater understanding, helping women feel more connected to themselves and better equipped to navigate change. The work also aims to make menopause more openly discussed in personal settings and workplaces.

Services include talks and presentations about menopause, with attention to the experiences of women who enter it early. Zandra also offers one-to-one astrology sessions, using astrological insight as a tool for self-understanding and reflection on individual patterns and life direction. Other approaches include mindful, sensory movement and personal conversations intended to support awareness of the body and mind.

Zazen Copenhagen describes “zazen” as sitting meditation and draws on ideas of stillness, compassion and creativity. The website shares client testimonials, information about early menopause, and media coverage, and invites individuals, groups and workplaces to get in touch about talks or personal sessions.
