## Description

Zdraví Ženy is a women’s health studio founded by Tereza Lerch, a midwife and author of the book Zdraví ženy. Based in Ostrov and serving women in the Karlovy Vary region, the studio offers expert, attentive care through different stages and changes in life. Its approach recognizes that every woman’s experience is individual and aims to support a greater sense of safety and trust in the body, without relying on one-size-fits-all advice.

The studio’s original Wombhealing method focuses on the female pelvic area, lower abdomen and scars. Sessions may include conversation, breathing and mindful touch, guided at the client’s pace. Care is available for women who are preparing for pregnancy, are pregnant or postpartum, and for those recovering from surgery, experiencing changes in their cycle or intimacy, navigating menopause, coping with loss, or feeling overwhelmed and unable to switch off. Zdraví Ženy also provides free self-reflection resources, including a questionnaire and guided meditation, and publishes articles on women’s health and life transitions. Appointment booking is available through its website.
