## Description

Zen Caregiving Project is a non-profit organization with over 30 years of experience in practicing and teaching mindfulness-based, compassionate caregiving. Based in San Francisco, California, we offer a range of courses, workshops, and training programs for professional, family, clinical, and volunteer caregivers. Our mission is to provide a context for public discussion of caregiving, loss, and death, and to promote the overall well-being and care of individuals. With our extensive expertise, we aim to improve the quality of life for both caregivers and those receiving care. We are proud to have a dedicated and experienced team, as well as a supportive network of partners and donors. Additionally, we are committed to promoting Racial Equity and providing resources that support both caregivers and those they care for. Contact us today to learn more about our education and volunteer programs, or visit our website for helpful FAQs and resources. Help us make a difference by supporting our cause. Donate today!.
