Zero Sydney North is a not-for-profit volunteer association serving the Northern Beaches and North Shore communities. We are dedicated to helping homes, businesses, and schools in the area embrace sustainable practices and achieve net-zero emissions. As part of Beyond Zero Emissions' national zero carbon community network, we are committed to accelerating our transition to a carbon-neutral future.

Our range of programs and services includes initiatives such as Solar My House, Solar My Strata, and Solar My Business, which aim to promote and support the adoption of renewable energy. Additionally, we offer programs focused on zero emissions transport, zero emissions schools, and zero emissions homes. We provide education sessions, displays, and events that promote climate solutions and advocate for practical projects.

Our activities are funded by volunteer donations and grants. We collaborate with local businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and all levels of government to ensure the best outcomes for our community. We also have a Community Giving Fund, supported by our Solar My House partner and electricity retailer, which is used to install solar systems for local charities and not-for-profit organizations, lowering their power bills and freeing up funds for their core programs.

We have been recognized in the media for our efforts, with features in ABC radio and local publications. We are grateful for the support of government grants, including the Warringah Federal Community Volunteer Grant and the Mosman Council Community Grant.
