## Description

Zeskamp Lage Mierde is a community sports and entertainment event held annually in Lage Mierde, the Netherlands. It brings local residents together for a weekend of team challenges, friendly competition and social activities, supported by volunteers, sponsors and organizers. The 2025 edition is scheduled for June 13–15. Friday opens with activities for Pius X students, followed by a public Friday afternoon gathering with drinks and a food stand. On Saturday, primary-school children from Lage Mierde, Hooge Mierde, Hulsel and Netersel compete in teams; the 2025 theme is Games. Sunday is dedicated to young people aged 13 to 18 and adults, with separate competition categories and prizes. Participants can register through the event website. Beyond the annual event, Zeskamp Lage Mierde offers games and materials for hire, with information and rental rules available online. Its offerings also include a frietkar (fries food cart) for rental. The organization’s activities combine sport, play and community participation, with a welcoming atmosphere for competitors, volunteers and visitors alike.
