## Description

Zimní stadion Moravské Budějovice is a municipal ice sports and recreation facility operated by ZIKOS, a contributory organization based in Moravské Budějovice. Opened on 4 December 2005, the rink has a 57-by-27-metre ice surface and seating capacity for 1,350 people. It generally operates from September through March, with schedules published for public skating, ice bookings and seasonal activities.

The stadium serves local residents, recreational skaters and organized hockey groups, including the Moravské Budějovice city league. Visitors can check current ice times and pricing online, and inquire about available ice slots by phone. Skate sharpening is offered in the arena near the toilets beneath the stands, using a Blademaster machine. The sharpening service is available on Fridays and Sundays, half an hour before public skating begins. Bar U Žihadel provides refreshments while the ice surface is in operation. Located behind the town’s outdoor swimming pool on the southeastern edge of Moravské Budějovice, the stadium combines public access with services for local ice sports.
