## Description

Zion Care Solutions provides specialised disability support for neurodivergent children, teenagers and young adults aged 13 to 34. The Australian organisation combines clinical oversight with personalised mentorship to support safety, growth and greater independence. Its services are organised around two pathways: Complex Clinical Care and Mentorship and Life Transitions.

Complex Clinical Care supports children with paediatric medical and behavioural needs, and adults requiring assistance with complex health needs, high-intensity personal activities or transitions to Supported Independent Living. For teenagers and young adults, mentorship focuses on emotional regulation, peer connection, self-advocacy, vocational training, employment readiness and practical life skills.

Zion also uses technology to strengthen communication and autonomy, including integrating the LAMP communication app and developing custom digital tools for everyday choices. The team works collaboratively with families, caregivers and allied health professionals, aiming to respect family relationships while building participants’ capacity to take part in home and community life. Through clinical support, capacity building and social participation, Zion Care Solutions helps participants pursue meaningful, individual goals at their own pace.
