## Description

ZMINE is a protocol for mining and trading MINE tokens on Zcash. Its token has a fixed supply of 210 million MINE, with no pre-allocation; all tokens are released through mining. Mining rewards are distributed in ten-minute epochs and halve approximately every four years. Users can claim a free mining session each day, with a shared pool and streak-based hashpower bonuses, or increase their contribution by staking ZEC. Staked ZEC earns additional hashpower, has no lockup, and can be withdrawn after a 24-hour cooldown. Optional boost packs provide further mining power, while referrals earn users 5% of their referred miners’ rewards.

ZMINE also offers an on-platform MINE/ZEC market with limit orders, price-time matching, no maker fee, and a 0.20% taker fee. The protocol describes MINE as an audited ledger with a hard supply check and plans for settlement as a Zcash Shielded Asset following NU7 activation. Users will be able to redeem ledger MINE at a 1:1 rate to their own shielded wallet.
